Before you start

Sign in with the account you intend to use for your academic records. Profile setup is optional: you can return to it later.

Guides, examples and feedback

Use the guides for step-by-step tasks, Practical examples for complete workflows, and Terms and statuses for definitions. Search documentation with the search field or Ctrl/Command + K.

Each documentation article includes a helpfulness question and a private feedback form. Tell us which step was unclear or missing, without including passwords or sensitive payment information.

What is in your workspace?

ScholarVault brings conference discovery, your participation records, credentials and research files into one account. The researcher workspace is the starting point; organizer and reviewer tools appear when your account has those roles.

The left navigation groups tasks by what you want to do: discover an opportunity, follow a conference activity, or manage your research record.

Your first five minutes

You can start with the steps below. You do not need a Gold plan to create a profile or explore the public guidance.

  1. Complete your profile so your name, role and research interests are accurate.
  2. Open Conference Finder and search by topic, date or place.
  3. Check an official conference source before making a submission or payment.
  4. Return to Submissions, Registrations, Certificates and Research Vault as you build your record.
  5. When you want more or fewer dashboard panels, open Customize Dashboard and choose Comfortable or Compact density.

Find help when you need it

The help button in the dashboard opens workspace guidance. This documentation explains each area in more detail. If an account, payment or conference record needs a person to investigate it, contact support with the relevant reference rather than sharing sensitive payment details in a public report.

A practical example

A new PhD scholar can begin with one task: open Conference Finder, search their research topic, and inspect the official source for one result. A complete profile is not a prerequisite for reading documentation.

Check your result

You know where to find discovery, submissions, registrations, certificates and private research files, and have selected one first action.

If something does not work

If a workspace is empty, first confirm the signed-in account. An empty list does not mean a submission was deleted.

If organizer or reviewer tools are missing, check the account named in the invitation. Contact support with the conference edition and invitation reference.
