Invite a researcher with a qualifying action

Asha shares her referral link. Ravi uses it with his account, verifies his primary email and submits a conference abstract. A private draft or publication import does not qualify.

  1. Open Referral program and share the invitation link.
  2. The referred researcher signs in through the invitation and verifies their email.
  3. They submit an abstract through the chosen conference edition.
  4. Reopen Referral program to check the successful referral and 250 SVC for each person.

Investigate a conference invitation

You receive an invitation for an event in your field. Your goal is to decide what to check next, before committing a submission or payment.

  1. Search Conference Finder with your topic or inspect the named event.
  2. Open the current edition's official source. Compare dates, organizer, submission instructions and fees.
  3. Read any SCVS assessment alongside its source evidence and coverage.
  4. Resolve missing or conflicting details with the organizer and your institution before committing.

Respond to a revision request

Your submitted abstract needs changes. Keep the official submission workflow separate from your private working files.

  1. Open the submission matching the edition and reference.
  2. Read the correction request and deadline.
  3. Prepare the revision and use the available revision action.
  4. Check the updated submission status and keep the reference.

Check an issued academic credential

You want to share a participation certificate with an institution.

  1. Open Certificates and select the issued record.
  2. Check the name, role and conference edition.
  3. Open the credential's own verification destination and inspect its current state.
  4. Request a correction before sharing if any field is inaccurate.
