Use and verify a credential

Find issued certificates, inspect their details, and request corrections when an eligible record is wrong.

Before you start

Confirm that the organizer has issued the credential for your eligible participation record. Use the account associated with that record.

Find an issued credential

Certificates appear in your dashboard when an eligible conference record has been issued and linked to your account. A submission, registration or invitation alone does not guarantee issuance.

Check before sharing

Open the credential and confirm the displayed name, role, event and edition. A public verification link or QR can help a recipient check the issued record, including whether it has been corrected or revoked.

  1. Confirm the name and event details.
  2. Use the credential's own verification destination.
  3. Share the issued record only after checking it is correct.

Request a correction

If an issued credential contains an error, use its correction request path or contact support with the credential reference. The organizer or authorized team must review evidence before reissuing it.

A practical example

Before adding a certificate to your CV, check your name, event edition and role, then open its own QR or verification link. A correction to your profile does not automatically rewrite an already issued certificate.

Check your result

The issued document and its verification record agree. A recipient can inspect the credential's current status.

If something does not work

If no certificate appears, check issuance timing with the organizer; registration by itself does not prove eligibility.

If the name or role is wrong, request a correction with the credential reference and the correct details. Keep the original reference while the team reviews it.
